📍One factor that plays the most crucial role in the success of companies; creating opportunities for employees and constantly improving their skills and competencies.

As it is understood that the biggest factor affecting productivity, continuity and sustainability in the company is humans, approaches to human motivation are increasing and renewing day by day. In other words, I’m talking about the evolution of Human Resources into the “Human Department” / “People and Culture Department” in the rebuilding process. One of the most up-to-date and popular of these approaches is career planning and management.

As a definition; Career is defined as opportunities, splendour, psychological rewards or a better way of life that may be encountered by the individual (Ataol, 1989: 2–3). According to another definition; a career is to “move up the ladder of the company” in hierarchical institutions.

Career development is lifelong self-development through the integration of roles, environments and events in one’s life.

📍By helping employees move forward in their careers increases employee engagement and retention.

📍You can even help prevent burnout and increase job satisfaction because employees will have bigger goals to focus on beyond their daily work.

► Here is my Golden Ratio in 6 Steps to Create Employee’s Career Development 🚀
